Don't you think it's a shame when you go to a group yoga class hoping to connect with others, but everyone rushes out the minute it ends? That’s actually one of the main reasons I stopped going to yoga classes when I first started. And it is what inspired this event!
So if that resonates with you, join me for a special morning focused on self-care and meaningful connection.

We’ll begin with a one-hour yoga session (in English) that welcomes all levels, perfect for helping you unwind and (re)connect with your body.
Once we’ve finished our practice, you’ll get to enjoy a wholesome homemade brunch featuring fresh, ingredients that nourish both your body and soul. I’ll be preparing in advance some of my favorite healthy brunch dishes, like veggie quiche, banana bread, fresh salads, breakfast burritos, and more (you bet there’ll be cake! Treating yourself to something delicious is a part of self-care )!
This is a perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with like-minded individuals in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
